Ombudsperson for Gender Equality Višnja Ljubičić received students from The Law Clinic of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law. Aim was to introduce students with the institution of Ombudsperson for Gender Equality and to make arrangements for students’ volunteering according to Cooperation Agreement between Ombudsperson for Gender Equality and Faculty of Law. Thirteen students got information about jurisdiction and authority of the office of Ombudsperson for Gender Equality, grounds of discrimination, citizen’s complaints and legal framework of anti-discrimination.
EU project coordinators Srđan Kerčević and Sanda Brumen presented goals and activities of the projects: “Building more effective protection: transforming the system for combating violence against women“ and “Equal rights – Equal Pay – Equal Pensions”.
