Partners’ meeting within project “Equal rights – Equal Pay – Equal Pensions” was held in the office of Ombudsperson for Gender Equality on 27 January 2020. The Ombudsperson presented workshops „Equality for all“ held in Split, Osijek i Rijeka, educational manual and model for collective agreement. Future activities were also discussed: development of the National legal framework for equal pay and pensions in the Republic of Croatia and meetings with the Ministry of Labour and pension system – Labour inspection, Ministry for Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy and joint parliament session with the parliamentary committees with a goal of introducing the Legal framework and model for collective agreement. Participants were: representatives of the Ombudsperson for Gender Equality: Mladenka Morović, project assistant; Sanda Brumen, project coordinator and representatives of partners organizations: Josip Šipić from Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Anamarija Tkalčec from Centre for Education, Counselling and Research and Igor Knežević from Retired Persons’ Trade Union of Croatia.
