Meeting with the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb regarding designing methodology for the researches within the project “Equal rights – Equal Pay – Equal Pensions”. One of the topics was state-of-the-art analysis which will identify statistical data on payment systems and employment. Participants also discussed research subjects: gender equality policies, practices and attitudes related to employment, vertical and horizontal segregation, employment regimes and parenthood and motherhood penalty in the labour market. Important issues were also preparations for methodology and making sample for survey about levels of attitudes of high school students and managers towards gender-related stereotypes related to different occupations. Participants were Josip Šipić from Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Ombudsperson for Gender Equality Višnja Ljubičić with project members: Mladenka Morović nad project coordinator Sanda Brumen.
