Participants also discussed research subjects: gender equality policies, practices and attitudes related to employment, vertical and horizontal segregation, employment regimes and parenthood and motherhood penalty in the labour market. Important issues were also preparations for methodology and making sample for survey about levels of attitudes of high school students and managers towards gender-related stereotypes related to different occupations.
