Retired Persons\u2019 Trade Union of Croatia presented previous analysis of collective agreement made by trade unions. Model of collective agreement will contain guidlines and preview of good practices of collective agreements and gender pay\/pension gap in EU countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants were: representatives of the Ombudsperson for Gender Equality: Vi\u0161nja Ljubi\u010di\u0107, ombudsperson for gender equality, Mladenka Morovi\u0107, project assistant; Sanda Brumen, project coordinator and representatives of partners organization: Josip \u0160ipi\u0107 from Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Anamarija Tkal\u010dec from CESI (Centre for Education, Counselling and Research) and Jasna A.
