Ombudsperson for Gender Equality held meeting about creation of model of collective agreement, activity within project \u201cEqual rights \u2013 Equal Pay \u2013 Equal Pensions\u201d. Retired Persons\u2019 Trade Union of Croatia presented draft of the model of collective agreement and pointed out the deficiency of gender equality perspective in existing collective agreements. Following the creation of the documents, the Ombudsperson will organize meetings with the unions and employers and present issue of equal pay within collective agreements. Participants were: representatives of the Ombudsperson for Gender Equality: Vi\u0161nja Ljubi\u010di\u0107, ombudsperson for gender equality, Mladenka Morovi\u0107, project assistant; Sanda Brumen, project coordinator and representatives of partners organization Jasna A.
